Looking for a young female professional (for council tax reasons) to join me in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2nd floor apartment overlooking Harrison park.

The double bedroom is very spacious with ability to space to put in a desk, tv unit and lounge chair if required. High, ceilings and an open plan kitchen, living room with lots of natural light.

Rent: 437/month (subject to revisions as it will be under a new let agreement)
Bills: not included but usually around 100/month (including council tax, wifi and gas/electric)
Move in: 20th May

About me: I’m Michelle, 25 and originally from Malta. I moved to Edinburgh for work in 2022 and work as an energy analyst in a local firm. I like to keep active, yet also stuff my face in biscoff on the odd occasion! I work from the office most days and frequently travel to visit family back in Malta. When in Edinburgh, I enjoy doing something different each week, whether thats going to a new pub, going to the museums, cinema, watching a game or even the occasional paint by numbers. I very much like to socialise but also need my space at the end of a long day. I quite enjoy a Sunday reset with a good book or series.

About you: I’m looking for someone to join me in this beautiful flat (my current flatmate is moving out). Ideally a young professional female for council tax reasons with similar interests to mine. I’m quite a clean person so would love to meet someone with the same mindset who is also respectful of other peoples space but is also up for a chat or a drink at the end of the day.
