I am looking to rent out the spare room in my flat in Duddingston.

I am a live in landlord but I wont be around much due to my work commitments ( you will have the run of the flat essentially)

The room comes fully furnished with a double Bed, a TV and plenty of storage space.

The rest of the house you can use for your needs.

All Bills are included.

There is bus stops at the top of the road after a small walk. These buses are frequent in both directions (44, 4, X5, X6, X7,124) and there is also a Tesco garage near the flat. You are a short walk into Duddingston Village, Jocks Lodge and Portobello.
