Single room in our lovely Blackford flat

Hello, we are three postgrad students looking for new housemate to fill the fourth room in our flat!

The location is great: about a 15min cycle to Princes St, right next to King's Buildings and Blackford Hill, and well connected by bus.

The room is very spacious and has excellent views from its bay window, and we also have a good-sized kitchen/living room, generous cupboard space and a large shared garden.

Besides rent, bills are about £50 pcm. Our landlord recently installed a new boiler and the winows are all double-glazed so we have all the benefits and none of the downsides of living in a beautiful old building.

You'd be moving in with me (Jake), Lucas and Paddy. We are all pretty social, keen cooks and between us enjoy a bit of hiking, bouldering, cycling, and wakeboarding.

Our ideal flatmate would be postgrad or older undergrad who wants a bit of flat community, is fairly clean, needs a place for 6 months or more and likes the sound of all of the above!
