Room for rent

The room is not cleared out due to a friend living here therefore the pictures are a mess! What will be included is: double bed + storage underneath, wardrobe, and a drying rack. Everything else will be out.

Quiet flat and neighbours - no late parties, but obviously friends are welcome over for dinner and so on!

You'll share the flat with me, I'm a 31y female student who live here with my two dogs. They are very cuddle and friendly. I'm in university 3 days a week and working twice a week, I like to be active, pub nights with friends, and be out and about in nature with my dogs. I like to be social but also like my own space.
It's a shared garden space which the neighbours have done up very nicely. Lidl is just around the corner and it's buses close by.
