This is a cosy single room in a flat overlooking the Murieston Park at Dalry. The space is furnished and has lots of room for anyone's belongings.

The neighbourhood is mostly quiet and is two minutes away from a LIDL supermarket and bus stops to town. Additionally, the flat’s atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. The sitting lounge directly looks at the park and allows for lots of natural light in the space, while further offering extra storage room if you so require it.
The bathroom has a relatively new electric shower installed and the kitchen is spacious, with a nice view of back gardens.

Lastly, the property’s council tax is Band C and the rest of the bills (electricity, gas and internet) have so far been between ≃£93/month, to £125/month over colder times.

As a flatmate, I am an easy-going, tidy, clean and quiet individual that appreciates good company and communication. Ideally, I am looking to share the flat with a person of a similar vibe, who is also a permanent, full-time professional.
