Lovely double room available

A comfortable double bedroom is available for rental.

Fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. You'll share a spacious kitchen with a dining area overlooking the garden. The bathroom is shared as well.

You'll be sharing the space with me. I'm currently studying a masters and looking for another student to join due to council tax reasons.

It's a quiet household, so I'm looking for someone who can respect that, especially in the evenings due to the thin walls.

The neighbourhood has plenty of green spaces, a nearby shopping centre with a 24-hour gym, and a supermarket that's open late. Bus routes 11, 16, and 7 provide easy access to town, and there's a direct bus to the airport, taking approximately 40 minutes.

Rent includes all bills.
