- 4 bedroom flat situated on the 2nd floor
- Rent: £525 per calendar month (possibly going up to £545 from August 2024)
- Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities: oven, gas stove, fridge+freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher
- Has a nice and bright living room with a TV, two sofas, and a dining table
- Has a shared garden (perfect for summer!)
About the Rooms:
- Well-kept and with large windows
- All rooms are furnished with a desk, a chair, a double bed (really comfy and new from last summer), and a wardrobe.
- One bedroom would be available from the 1st of May and two bedrooms would be available from mid-late May (before the 1st of June)
Location: next to Haymarket Station
- 25-minute walk to Main UoE campus (George Square)
- 25-minute bus ride to Heriot-Watt University
- 20-minute walk to Napier University (Merchiston Campus)
- 5-minute walk to Lidl
- Bus stop right in front of the flat (perfect if you're running late to class!): 2, 3, 4, 25, 33, 44

I'm looking for three easygoing, chatty, tolerant, clean people who are looking to stay until at least August of 2025. Preferably students (due to council tax), unless you are willing to pay for council tax yourself/yourselves (around 179 pounds a month for non-students)
