Room to let in 2 bedroom flat near Haymarke

Hello, I am seeking a flatmate and have a room available to let in a 2 bedroom flat, less than 10 minutes away from Haymarket. I am a 29 year old professional looking for professional flatmate for council tax purposes (Band B).

The flat is lovely with a shared living/dining area, conveniently located in Dalry right near a well connected bus stop (2/3/4/25/33/44) and a Lidl.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and quite chill who enjoys socialising but also likes their own space. I work from home a few days a week and in the city centre the rest of the time. I enjoy pub quizzes and karaoke, reading in cafes, walks around town as well as a lowkey movie night in. I sometimes have friends visit, so would need someone who is comfortable with this.
