Double room available, 20 minutes' walk from Merchiston Campus and Morningside. Quiet area, 5 minutes by bus from Haymarket, 10 minutes from Princess Street.
I'm moving out and looking for someone to take my place from the 31st of May, preferably a student, as my current flatmate is a student. Professionals are also accepted, provided they pay the council tax themselves, which is Band E here.

The cost for the room is £575 per month, with electricity and wifi around £40 per month (fixed price).

The apartment is located in a residential and quiet area, in a small building with 4 other apartments.

Parking space allocated for each apartment.

The place is managed by an agency, and the renting process requires references and an initial deposit, so if you're unable to provide this documentation, unfortunately, we can't proceed!

In August, the current flatmate will finish her studies and will be moving out as well, and another female student will take her place.
