Looking for 2nd year flatmate

Hi myself and my flatmate Ellie are looking for student flatmate to join us in our 3 bedroom flat just off of Leith Walk for immediate move in. It is a 20 minute walk from the city centre and has a tram and bus stop 1 minute away.

We are looking for a female flatmate who is preferably under 22 and going into 2nd year or continuing at university and is tidy and clean.
The room is a full furnished double room with an extra cupboard in the hallway. Rent is £450 a month not including bills.

We are 18 and 19 and study at Queen Margaret University going into 2nd year. We love cosy nights in, yoga, dancing, going to the gym and having dinner parties.

Photos are from the flat viewing half way through the renovation so it hasn’t been cleaned yet. There is also a shared living space that’s is not pictured.
