Profesional for 1 Double Bed

Double Bedroom in four bedroom flat in Polwarth available to rent.

Looking for a professional of a similar age but would not rule anyone out on age.

I have a spare room available in my four bedroom flat. The bedroom is on the third floor of the building and I stay in the converted attic. There is a large living room and separate kitchen, all bright and modern.

The room available is at the back of the flat, looking out over the shared gardens, located next to the shared bathroom with shower over bath.

Electricity, gas and council tax will be split between all living in the home. Approx £130 each per month. Broadband cost is covered.

There is a bus stop to the city centre a one minute walk from the flat, the 27 and 10. Fountain Park is a 5 minute walk away and there are local shops and cafes a 2 minute walk away.

I do not have any pets, but friends sometimes bring their cats or dogs round.

I have one other bedroom available to rent but currently do not rent this, but it could be rented in the future. The photos were taken 6 months ago, the room now contains the bed, two bed side tables, a desk and chair and wardrobe.
