Sunny room in Abbeyhill

Hello!
I’m subletting my room for June and July (available from the end of May) in the beautiful Abbey Hill. It’s a pretty 2bdm apartment that is close to plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, and pubs. Is a 5min walk from Holyrood park and Calton Hill. The room has a double bed, large wardrobe, loads of storage, and even gets the afternoon sun streaming onto the bed 😍🌞. Shared bathroom, and shared living/dining room (that gets the morning sun). You will be sharing with my lovely Scottish flatmate who is a 35y female that works from home. This will be more suitable for a female that preferably does not work from home all the time (my flatmate WFH full time).

£750/month which includes council tax/electricity/gas/internet etc. Room is available May 25th to Aug 3rd in total.
