Edinburgh Festival Let Availabl 1St - 11Th August

i have a spacious double room w/shared shower (females only) to let from 1st - 11th August. We're in Newington, only a 10-15 min bus ride to the centre of town. Cameron Toll Shopping Centre is about 5 min on foot, where you can find Sainsbury, Aldi, and a variety of shops.

Public areas include the kitchen and snug/ sitting room, and a garden for sunny days and relaxing after hitting town. I'm a writer and it's a chilled houseful--if you're looking for a party house, this isn't it. We're sociable around a cuppa, but also like our own space and privacy. Respect and consideration to others rules.
