Bright double room with bed, wardrobe and desk. Suitable for single occupancy. . Top floor flat in Stockbridge. Shared livingroom, kitchen and bathroom. Bills not included - these will be split; council tax (band C), gas and electric, Internet. Area requires parking permits if that applies. Lease on a rolling monthly basis.

About the area:
Stockbridge is a trendy area very close to the city centre. Lots of cafes restaurants and such. Very close to Inverlieth Park and the botanics. Good access to public transport.

About me:
I work full-time and currently work from home on Mondays. I leave early in the mornings the rest of the week. I go to the cinema during the week and can sometimes arrive back late. I often go out at the weekends but usually spend my nights in the flat relaxing.

I am friendly and I respect peoples privacy, but I like my own space to unwind and relax.

Looking for:
Someone who is quiet, easygoing, clean and tidy. Ideally a professional, but would consider a mature student who doesn't mind sharing council tax.
