Room available from 8th june

I will need a flatmate from 8th june .
Will be £650 at mounth plus, the 50% of the mounthly bills ( about £875)
The room is massive and got great ligth .
The neighbours are very quite , so , if you looking to do nigth party , please don't apply for this.
I got a cat, but is pretty quite.
No internet yet , as I just move , but we can discuss to put it .
We can arrange some views ASAP , and in case all is good, do the credit check with the agency for start .
The house is about 150 years old.
Pretty big .
The living room is big .
Lot of bus pass just front the house , but in 20/25 minutes you can walk to royal mile .
I work as chef , and im pretty chill and friendly
