Large Bedroom Sublet over the Summer

Large bedroom, including a double bed, desk, bookshelf and wardrobe.
The flat has 2 bathrooms (including showers), kitchen, living room and 5 bedrooms in total.
As the current flatmate in the room is moving out, you will have to bring your own bedding (bed covers, pillows, duvet).
Appliances include a washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
It's a 2 floor flat on the first floor of the building. This bedroom is on the bottom floor of the flat.
Rent is 559£ a month, however as the ideal move-in date is mid-June, only half of that month's rent is expected. The rent will be sent to the old tenant. WiFi is around 10£ monthly and the rest of the bills come every 3 months and will be around 100£.

The area has multiple bus stops nearby within 5 minute walking distance. There is no free parking available. Haymarket train station is also a 10 minute walk away. The closest shop is a tesco's 3 minutes down the road, there are also other shops (Sainsbury's, Co-op, Lidl, Poundland) all a 10-15 minute walk away. The flat is a 15 minute walk away from the meadows. There are many cafes and pubs nearby as well.

There are 4 other male flatmates living here, although some will be moving out and will be replaced through the summer so the flatmate situation will fluctuate.
Preferably, we're looking for someone to stay until the end of August, but if that's not possible then at least until the end of July.
We are a welcoming, queer-friendly flat. We like to play boardgames, go out, watch movies. We're looking for someone friendly and respectful.
