EH1 Double Bedroom(s) to Rent

I am currently moving out of the property at the end of May due to work and looking for someone to take over my room. You would be living with two others in a 3-bedroom house. We are looking for students due to council tax purposes. We have a potential for another double room to become available at the end of May. You would be living with a female, 23-year old occupational therapy student. I will be taking my desk, chair, mirror and plants with me I’m afraid! :)

The house comprises of a garage to provide a secure car parking space, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, living room, storage cupboards. Washing machine and tumble dryer available.
