Postgraduate Housing Sublet

I currently rent accommodation at Silk Mills in Fountainbridge provided by the University of Edinburgh. I am leaving on May 9th and will not be returning. I would like to find a postgraduate student at the university to sublet my room. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. Within the bedroom is a desk, chair, bed, and plenty of storage. There is a shared kitchen/living space. A washer and dryer is provided. There are several amenities such as a gym, a bar, karaoke room, private dining room, a lounge, reception, incredible wifi and a convenient location. on the Silk Mills website photos are available under "8 Bed Standard Ensuite". One payment is left for the room for 2593.46 GBP due on July 1 2024.
