Hi there,
Renting out my wee flat for anyone who needs temporary accommodation in Edinburgh.
Located in Meadowbank area, bonnie Holyrood park is right next door, there's the retail park a few meters away for all supplies and great access to buses form London Road.
Waverly Station is about a 15 minute ride or half an hour walk away.
Town is up and over the hill, and popular, vibrant Leith is also minutes away.
You can also easily reach the sea if that's more your kind of thing.
Looking for holiday/visiting/studying folks who would prefer a wee haven alone.
The flat itself consists of 2 decent sized rooms in total - 1 living kitchen area + 1 double bedroom storage area. There's a shower toilet room in between.
The on-street parking has now become Permits Only or pay-as-you-go.
The nearest free parking is still only a few extra minutes down the road.
I currently live in the flat part-time so some of my things will still be around.
But there will be plenty room for guests to store their things, and of course utilise any of the equipment/utensils necessary for your stay.
We are meant to be in the milder months by now, however the stove does make a nice atmosphere on those chillier evenings.
Asking £200 all included, for weekly stays, or long weekends. Open to discuss other lengths of stay and costs.
Initially, i will meet guest(s) with the keys and talk through any flat things you need to know.
During the lodging time, I will only be around the corner if there's anything that comes up.
