We are looking for a 4th person, for our 4 bedroom flat on Lothian road ! We are looking for another like minded young professional (20+, working or looking for work).

About the room:

- Clean room with a double bed. Loads of storage space with cupboard, draws and a desk
- Large window (very sunny in the morning!)

About the flat:

- situated on the third floor, the lounge has a large window with a great view of Lothian road and the castle
- There are 3 other bedrooms and a spare room we use as an office/ laundry room
- 2 bathrooms (one toilet, one with a shower and the other with a bath/shower)
- Fully functioning kitchen with all the amenities

About the flatmates:

- 3 girls, all young professionals, 20+. We are clean and very friendly! We enjoy spending time together cooking and watching movies but also respect each other’s personal space! The flat is definitely big enough for you to have your own space :)

Finance:

- £650 per calendar month + bills which are approx £36 + £15 for WiFi
