3 Rooms to rent Newington

My flatmates are moving into new cities and so I have the opportunity for 3 people to move in to a flat with 2 good sized rooms and a cheaper box room, all with great views of Arthur’s seat and the pentlands. Ideally 3 friends looking for somewhere could move in (in which case the rent split can be changed however you want) but this is not critical! 4/5th year students welcome but must be able to help cover council tax.

Bills + council tax come to around £100 a month per person . The letting agency is swift letting, who have been great during the almost 5 years I’ve been here. They will ask for you to go through a basic process for approval.

I am a young professional working at the British Geological Survey and graduated a year ago with a geophysics degree. I work from home a couple days a week and enjoy wine, a takeaway and badminton + footy! Tell me about yourselves :) and feel free to message for more pics!
