Furnished double room in a 2 bed flat in Edinburgh New Town with excellent transport links (10 minutes walk to Waverley Train Station and 2 minutes walk to St Andrews Square Tram stop) plus many bus routes available streets close by.

£200p/w is based on 4 nights stay Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs night, and includes all bills. Shorter length stays are negotiable, so drop me a message if you're interested as that could also work well for me.

I'm a 39 year old female looking for a part-time lodger who is a professional who travels to Edinburgh for work (in an office as home working not an option) and needs somewhere to stay for a few days during the week (max 4 nights).

The room comes with a comfy king size bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

There's a shared kitchen (complete with dishwasher and washing machine/dryer), living room, dining room, bathroom and a separate loo. There is also access to some beautiful shared gardens.
