Large double room in Tollcross, Edinburgh

Hello! I am planning on moving out of my flatshare at the end of June and so I’m looking for someone to takeover my end of the lease from the start July. The flat is on Lothian Road and so has a many local amenities nearby, and with a view of Edinburgh Castle. There is a shared living room/kitchen and a shared bathroom as well. The other flatmates are all clean, friendly, young professionals who would ideally like someone to move in who is in a similar position.
