I bought the house in May 2022 and it has been completely refurbished. Brand new carpets and wooden flooring throughout, freshly painted from top to bottom and brand new kitchen.

Brilliant transport links directly beside estate (buses 3, 8 and 29). Aldi and Morrisons within 10 minute walk. Cameron toll is a 15 minute walk.

Free parking and garage for bike storage if needed (no other storage offered in the garage).

Brand new extremely modern kitchen shared with myself. There is a dishwasher and all appliances were new in May 2022. Shared spaces must be kept clean and tidy.

There is a conservatory and garden. Full use of garden included (whirligig available and garden furniture to use). The use of the conservatory is not included.

I have a dog called Jasper. He is a westie and does not bark. He is house trained and very easy to live with. Only compromise is he demands a hello cuddle in the morning/when you come home. He sleeps in the kitchen and is a very chilled dog. A dog walker comes during the week while I am in the office (2/3 days a week).

I have my own living room in the house which is separate from yours.

The double bedroom has been has absolutely tons of storage, with chest of drawers, wardrobe and under bed drawers.

The private living room has a bookcase, side table, desk, chair, optional 65 inch or 25 inch TV and almost brand new recliner sofa.

The bathroom is solely for your private use as I have an ensuite (bath with shower).

Rent is £650 which includes the internet. Council tax and bills are separate.

It is a lovely, modern house with very quiet neighbors and not available for parties. However there is a pub 30 seconds away!

Ideally looking for a professional. The house would suit someone that appreciates their own space and privacy.

About me: I am a keen walker/cyclist and if the weather is nice I will be outside!

Currently I am away about one week every month. You would have the place to yourself a lot of the time.
