Description

I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my contract for an en-suite room at Edinburgh College Residence. The accommodation is located in Granton (348 West Granton Road, Edinburgh, EH5), right next to the Edinburgh College Granton campus, shops such as Morrisons and Lidl, cafes, public transport links to other colleges and universities, green spaces and the waterfront.

The contract will be for the entire academic year from 24th August 2024 to 20th June 2025. The room has a 3/4 size double bed, double wardrobe, shelves, desk, chair and private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The communal kitchen and living space with be shared with 4 other tenants. The accommodation includes free access to college Wifi, 24/7 CCTV and security, on-site laundry, bike storage and communal areas with comfortable couches and smart TV with streaming services.

The total rent for the tenancy is £8557 which is approximately £199 per week for the 43 week stay. The deposit is £250. There is no council tax as it is an all students residence.

*Please note the replacement tenant must be a student and have a UK-based guarantor.
