Hello! I'm Abbie & I'm a young professional living and working in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh. I have had a room in my cosy 2-bed flat come available and am looking for someone to move in long-term.
I'm a children's musical theatre teacher with a busy work & life schedule, but love to spend time winding down at home between work & socialising. I'm looking for someone likeminded who is respectful of the property, happy to split the housework 50/50 & will treat the flat like home. I love cooking, the outdoors, tv & cinema, a pub quiz, etc! Hoping to find someone that enjoys their own space but likes to socialise too.
About the flat:
- 1st Floor, 2 bed, living room, kitchen, 1 x bathroom, plenty of storage space. Gas hob, gas central heating. Plenty of sun in summer & keeps in the heat well in winter
- Very central location but quiet of street noise as tucked away behind the offices.
- A stonesthrow away from Lothian Road, Fountainpark, Tesco etc, gym...
Aiming to arrange viewings ASAP. Ideal tenancy start date of 26th May but could negotiate slightly later.

Gas, Electric, Wifi & council tax currently totals £158.30 pcm each.
