I am looking for a sweet, tidy professional in their late twenties/early thirties to replace me as I'll be moving to doon south to Leeds next month. Postgrad friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly!

It is a fully-furnished double room east-facing in a 3-person flat just south of Newington, Edinburgh.

Little about us:

Sabine is from Germany and has lived in Edinburgh for 4+ years, works from home for a mental health charity. She is vegetarian, enjoys swimming and hiking, knitting/crocheting, meeting up with friends/trying new places. She also does cat-sitting as a side hustle.

Diana grew up in Italy and has spent most of her time in Glasgow, only moved into the flat a few months ago. She works in law at a charity law firm but enjoys tryijg new restaurants, art, music, film, fencing and is an avid reader and not too shabby in the kitchen herself.

The room + flat:
On Dalkeith Road on the 1st floor (not too many stairs). 3-bed flat with separate kitchen and large living room with tv/dining table, sofas and lots of plants. You can see Arthur's seat from the room. Fully furnished. Bath and shower. All the usual kitchen facilities. Flatmates enjoy catching up in living room after work and eating/watching films together but also have their own separate hobbies/social lives. Occasionally they'll invite friends round for boardgames/special occasions.

I will be leaving on September 14th so we will need the new tennant to be able to pay from then but not necessarily move in that weekend if they can't move in until later. Rent is £500 (around £100 in bills) so really great value! Landlords are a very sweet couple living not too far away. They just replaced our fridge and are really responsive and helpful with any problems.

The area:
Free street parking right round the corner. Cameron toll shopping centre is a 5 minute walk away which houses Scotland's biggest Sainsburys and an Aldi. Lidl is not too far away either. Bus stop into city centre you can see from the living room, 1 min walk. Post office over the road too.
