A Great Student Accommodate from the UoE

Hello everyone. I am looking for someone who are study at the University Of Edinburgh to take over my room.

6 Room ensuite, (Currently only 5 people)

The room is on the 3rd floor (top floor), the window has a good view, facing the south, the room is not facing the street, and it is relatively quiet.

The rent is about ￡183 a week. Package bill.

The deal was officially sublet through the University of Edinburgh and the contract was also transferred.

The roommates are very friendly. The kitchen is cleaned every Wednesday. The location of the dormitory is very good, both school and life are very convenient.

5 minutes walk to the surrounding supermarkets (Tesco, Lidl, Sainsburys, etc.)
5 minutes' walk to the school gym,
8 minutes' walk to GS Campus,
15 minutes walk to the train station and 20 minutes walk to Princes Street.

There is a laundry room downstairs at £2 a time. The common room in the residence hall can be used for gatherings, and the apartment often organizes activities there.
