A fully furnished double bedroom available in a 2 bedroom homely flat. Bills included in the price.
Fairly central to the city centre, you can walk to princes street in 25 minutes, with local bus route, tram stops and multiple shops/supermarkets near by! Also near by, Edinburgh Napier, Herriot watt uni and Edinburgh college sites.

Please note the picture of the room is just a rough idea of what it will look like when you arrive. It is currently being used as a office space so there will be some rejigging. I am happy to share more photos on request.

I will also be living in the flat during your let so the bathroom, living room with a real fireplace and kitchen will be shared. I have 2 very relaxed cats and am currently working from home most of the time.

I am looking for someone who is fairly laid back, tidy and willing to socialise.
