Property on Leith Walk (summer sublet)

Hi, a room is available to sublet on leith walk (next to subway) from the start of June to the end of august. The property is really central, only a 15 min walk from st James quarter and a 20 min walk from Waverley station / princes street. The room itself is quite large and is £690 per month (bills not included). You would be sharing with 3 lovely girls, who are all between the ages of 22-24. We are a really sociable bunch and enjoy spending time in each others company, but also are respectful of each others privacy and need for space. I am moving away for the summer to travel but the girls are planning on having an amazing one here in Edinburgh, which you would be more than welcome to join!!
