Hello, I’m looking for a long-term flatmate!

The flat is cosy, modern, and located in the Lochend area, just a 5-minute walk to Leith Links, a 10-minute walk to Easter Road, and a 10-minute walk to Meadowbank shopping centre.

The bus stop with numbers 25 and 21 is just on the street outside the building.

The flat has two double bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room.

You'll share the flat with me, an undergraduate student graduating soon. I work part-time and love to travel, go to the gym, meet friends, and keep things tidy. While I enjoy socialising, I appreciate a quiet space.

I seek a respectful, tidy individual who values tranquillity and personal space. Professionals are preferred, but mature students open to sharing council tax will be considered.

Rent is £450 per month, and our landlord covers bills and broadband (up to £100), but council tax is excluded.

Deposit is £450.
