Lovely sunny double room in Polwarth

Hi everyone.

We have a light and spacious double bedroom available in our friendly, top-floor, four bedroom flatshare in Polwarth.

The rent is £625/month excluding bills. The flat and room are both furnished and there is one shared bathroom.

The flat is made up of Joe (male, 24), Georgia (female, 22) and myself (female, 25). We’re all professionals, are all very laid back and enjoy spending time together when we can. We’re looking for someone who is clean and considerate but who is equally up for a chat and a laugh.

We are hoping for someone between the ages of 22 and 27 and would preferably like another male to balance out the flat. We’re looking for another professional due to council tax reasons.
