Room to rent near Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh.

I am looking for a Female lodger because we are a mainly female household. We live in a 4 bedroom detached house with a lovely garden in a family neighbourhood. It's peaceful, so we would like a peaceful person. This accommodation is for females only, there is a male member of the household who is rarely here due to business commitments. For shorter term stays, there will be a rental adjustment depending on the length of stay. We have two cats, so you must be a cat lover, however, they are not in the main part of the house at night time so they won't disturb sleep. The 14 bus, every 15 minutes or so via Cameron Toll, takes you to city centre in 15 - 30 minutes depending on if it's rush hour or not. Fort Kinnaird shopping centre can reached by walking in 20 mins or driving, a few minutes. The house is fairly new, so very comfortable and cosy. There is no en suite but the family bathroom will be for your use and it is seldom used by other household members as they have their own bathrooms. There is a TV in the room and you can use the guest profile on this for netflix. We currently have a cocoon sofa bed in this room, but this will be replaced with a single bed, drawers, desk etc, to give you more space. It will be very comfortable and cosy and we have a lovely kitchen, lounge and garden that you can use too.
