Hello, I'm Harry a working professional looking for someone to stay in my flat.

Even though I’m sharing a room, I’ll be working from abroad most of the time, so the entire flat will be practically yours most of the time, during my absence.

The flat itself has two rooms and 2 baths, all furnished. You will get one double room with the main bathroom. We have a modern kitchen, a nice snug, and a lovely tiled bathroom with a stone-walled interior, perfect for a bath. The flat also benefits from fiber optic broadband.

Flat is in a modern private residential development situated 10-min walk from the Western General Hospital and is close to Ferry Road.

The property is located close to a supermarket, pharmacy, fitness center, and local amenities. There is also space for parking.

Bus stop 1 min away with regular bus services running to nearby Stockbridge, Craigleith Retail Park, the restaurants and riverside walks in Newhaven and Leith, City Centre (15-min), and the airport.
