Large and spacious double room only 10-15 minutes from central Edinburgh. We're a short walk to Kings Buildings campus, a direct bus to The Royal Infirmary, and about a 30 min walk to Bristo Square and central Edinburgh. We're also a short walk to Cameron Toll Shopping Centre for supermarkets, bansk, the chemist , etc.. If you like taking walks, Arthur's Seat is 20 mins away, and we're also close to Inch Park, Blackford Hill, and the Royal Observatory.

The house: three story Victorian semi on a quiet street with a private garden, close enough to enjoy everything central Edinburgh has to offer, yet quiet and peaceful.

You'll share the (fully equipped) top floor kitchenette with one other person, whilst having full access to public areas featured in the photos. You're always welcome to have a cuppa and a chat in the main kitchen and enjoy the garden and other public spaces.

We're a household of post-graduate and professional women who enjoy the odd pizza and TV night, and having a good chat over a cuppa, but who also respect one another's private space. It's a quiet neighbourhood and we follow suit. Not a party house, and we're looking for somebody who shares our values of respect for others, for our home environment, and who is easy to live with.
