The ideal tenant would be a female professional, a non-smoker, open to making new friends but not essential and have no pets. Please note: this is not a vegetarian/vegan household.

Bills are not included in the monthly rental and are currently estimated at £130pp. Bills would be dealt with between tenants and the agency has no input in this.
