Additionally, the flat just had a new central heating system installed (spring 2024).

The abundance of local amenities include: within 50 meters, a theatre, supermarket, cinema, restaurants, local bus stop and 24 hour shop. A 10 minutes walk will take you to Princes St and Edinburgh University is only a 10 minute walk through the meadows.

The bedroom and both it's bathrooms have actually been refurbished since the photo's so naturally look A LOT better but I have not been able to take new photo's yet.
