Description

I am leaving this flat and looking for a replacement tenant starting 1st July. The location of the flat is very central, which is perhaps its chief virtue. We have bus stops right downstairs and Princes Street is 8 mins away on foot. There are grocery stores nearby (Sainsbury's Local is just across), with a big Lidl just down the road on South Clerk Street. It is especially well-located for access to the University of Edinburgh campus.

Please note that it can get cold in the winter months, so you would be advised to equip yourself with suitable clothing + hot water bottles/ an electric blanket.

There is no living room. However, there is a spacious kitchen/ common area.

You would be living with 4 other students. It is best that you are also a student for council tax reasons.

Bills not included, it comes out to be about 20-40 pounds per month.
