I am sadly moving out of my current flat at Murieston Park and I need someone to take my place in the tenancy.
The flat is located on Dalry Road, two minutes of walk from Lidl, Coop and Fountain Park.
Many bus routes come through, like the 3, 33, 25, 35, 34, 2, 4 etc..
It's a second floor apartment that looks directly onto Murieston Park, the room you'll be staying in looks out on the back garden of the house, so it's really quiet and bright.

There's currently two other flatmates, both professionals, working as Mechanical Engineer and Building Survey, so a professional would be preferred for council tax reasons.
They are lovely people, enjoy a chat or an occasional night out but also respect each other spaces.

The rent is £550 pcm, bills and wifi are around £50 pcm.
Council tax is around $87 pcm each.
