Available to rent is a double bedroom in my flat situated in Edinburgh Newhaven, approximately 5 minute walk to Newhaven or Ocean Terminal tram stops. The flat is well maintained, kept clean and furnished. I'm a 29 year old female renewable energy developer, and lived in the flat for almost 2 years.

All bills are included in the monthly rent (council tax, broadband and utilities). The available room is in excellent condition and has a large wardrobe as well as a built in closet. The room also benefits from greats views of the Edinburgh city skyline.

There are restaurants, cafes and pub in the neighbourhood, or more amenities a 10 minute walk to the shore in Leith. There are also bus links 200, 16, right outside the flat and countless more a 5 minute walk away at Ocean Terminal.
