Room July and August

Hi!

I'm renting my room out from 15th July to 31st of August as I am going to spend some time in Berlin over summer. I am slightly flexible with dates if need be although would really need to be back in by 2 September as that's when I officially starting my job again! I'm really just looking to cover my rent + costs while I'm away. It would be £1,000 in total (bills inc) for the entire time but let me know if you want to come only for August and we could see if we could work something out.

It's a flat share with two girls who are super friendly. I'd say we spend most evenings together (cooking, pub or watching something crap on Netflix) and it would be nice if you would also be happy to get involved in some of that flat stuff but ultimately that's totally up to you!

I'd leave all the furniture and remove most of my clothes to allow you some space!
