Bright double bedroom in a friendly four bedroom flat. Shared living and kitchen and bathroom. We are looking for a clean, friendly flatmate who is social and up for watching something together in the evenings, but respects everyone’s space and the flat.
About the flat
The flat is on east Preston street in newington. 5 minutes walk from Arthur’s seat and good bus route to the centre (3,30,33). Front facing living room with two sofas, tv and dining table, very bright and airy. The flat shares one bedroom with a shower. The kitchen is shared and had a fridge, freezer, washing machine and gaz cooker.

West facing room looking out onto east Preston street. The room has a double bed, bed side table, desk and chair, chest of draws and wardrobe.
Who you’re sharing with
Jack: I am an avid rower enjoying everything about the sport as well as the social side. I am often found out and about exploring or currled up watching a movie. I am currently completing a masters at the university of Edinburgh.
Izzie: I’m izzie , I work full time as a paralegal in Edinburgh and when I’m off you’ll find me out at a cafe reading or at a charity shop or (as we get into summer) the pub! I love a flat movie night but also having downtime in my room.
