A beautiful double bedroom has become available for a quiet and respectful person from 1st September! It is a very nice and cosy room with a beautiful garden view so it is a very quiet space. The flat is in a very quiet residential area of Newington -near the Summer hall and the beautiful park - The Meadows 🏞️ . You can catch buses no 2,3,5,7,8,24,29,30,31,33,37,42,47,49 and 51 (as well as N3, N30, N31 and N37) all within 5min walk from the house. The property is also very close to the University of Edinburgh.

The room consists of a double bed, a desk, a slide-in wardrobe with mirror, and two cupboards! It is therefore perfect for both a professional and a student! 🛌

DATES AVAILABLE: 1ST SEPTEMBER

The price for the room is £800 - £850 per month with ALL BILLS INCLUDED (depending on the usage). I am looking for somebody that will stay definitely for 6 months, and possibly longer (at least a year would be good as well). There is high speed broadband in the flat as well. It is a very safe property in an excellent location in the city. There is a handful of supermarkets nearby as well.

In the house, you’ll have access to a modern and fully equipped kitchen 🔪⏲️, a very nice and well decorated bathroom 🚽 , and also a very spacious and bright living room!

There is one lovely female from China in the other bedroom. This is a quiet flat with families in the building so unfortunately I can’t accept any party animals and I trust you can respect that as well.
