Hi! I'm Sophie, a final-year university student looking for three flatmates to move into our flat. My current flatmates wish to move out in the next month or two, so I'm looking for someone to move in END OF JULY! I'd prefer people wanting to stay for a year, as I am happy here and would like to stay for my final year at university.

I am looking for clean, tidy, respectful, and friendly flatmates to share the flat with! I am a social person and would enjoy hanging out, but due to the nature of my work, I am also very busy during term time. I am a filmmaker and full-time film student, so will likely be out often on shoots.

The flat is in the lovely Polwarth/Shandon area and near Lidl/Sainsburys, Harrison Park, and the Union Canal, and has many bus routes nearby (10, 27, 4, 44, 34, 35). The house is semi-detached in a quiet neighbourhood and is in good condition. We have four bedrooms of varying sizes, a large living room, a kitchen and a separate utility room. Storage space is on the first floor and a garden out the back.
The current rent may be appraised due to the tenant swapovers, but hopefully will not be too much more than the current pricing!
*Council tax liability will apply to those who aren't full-time students. This is not included in the average rent price listed. Band E charges.
A deposit will be required. UK-only Guarantors are required. References required. (previous/current letting agency/landlord).
