Lovely room in flat in Teviot

Hi guys! My name is Kat (they/them) and I’m looking for a new flatmate from the 1st of August. The flat is located at Teviot Place, opposite Bristo Square, in Newington. It’s a two bed flat, with kitchen lounge, a shower room and bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Rent is £710 not including bills.

A bit about me, I’m a post grad student studying botany at UoE, and I’m based at the botanic gardens. I’m a massive nerd, I love playing dnd, frogs, moths, and anything biology related.

Ideally I would be looking for another post grad student who is tidy and respectful of the space. I’d love to occasionally sit down and play games and watch movies.
