Central Edinburgh room for Holiday Rental

I'm renting out my 2nd bedroom for short periods in summer.
The Room is a small double with a TV.
Use of the shared bathroom, lounge and Kitchen.
I will also be staying at the property, I do work long shifts at a hospital and will not be in your way.
Maximum stay is one week minimum is 2 nights.
It is a flat in central Edinburgh, Tollcross area. This is a very lovely area with lots of pubs and restaurants on the door step.
The flat is a short walk from the popular grassmarket and the meadows, a lovely park to enjoy the sunshine.
There are bus stops just outside the house and also very very near by to take you to the other side of the city and even the beach.
Please note it is on a busy road as it is a very central location (earplugs will be provided).
This is on a self catering basis for 1 person.
