Property: a room with a double bed in a 2 bedroom flat.

Price: £395.
Bills: council tax (~180) around £80-100 electricity bill and £25 internet (all this spited by the 2 of us).

Looking: for a chill flat mate who enjoys a chat and watch a movie sometimes if we’re in the flat at the same time. This is not a party flat.

Place: it’s a top floor modern flat. Modern windows, wall heaters (not very efficient), good isolation and plenty of storage.

Your room: it’s a room with a double bed, some night tables and a closet.

Agency: ESPC. You need to pass their checks before entering in the flat.
