Double Bedroom to rent - August period.

Hi! I am renting my second double bedroom in my flat for the Edinburgh Fringe period but I am open to rent to students too! My flat is well connected from the Edinburgh Airport with the bus n200 airlink, night busses and easy access to shops and bus stops to town. The room is bright and it's furnished. You will have access to the bathroom, livingroom and kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, WIFI and TV. I like to keep my place clean and tidy and I do not accept smokers (vapes are fine) but cigarettes are not allowed inside, you will have access to a back shared garden if wanted. Drinking and pets are also not allowed.. Sorry!
Can rent the room for less days than a full week, depending on your needs! ☺️
