I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely flat in Newington (close to King’s Buildings) from the 15th of July. If you enjoy friendly chats and occasional hangouts but also value your personal space, you might be a suitable flatmate!

- Reliable with rent and bills
- Open to occasional flat activities but comfortable doing your own thing too :)

- I am South African and British
- A bit of a homebody but enjoy going out sometimes and doing social things
- Enjoy all kinds of music, especially Afro beats
- Completing my master's and working at the moment (but I will be paying half of the council tax bill)
