This beautiful flat sits on a leafy Edinburgh Street in the heart of one of Edinburgh finest neighbourhoods.

It's interior has been renovated to have all the perks of modern day living but still holds on to some of its classical architecture allowing you to enjoy the flat's unique, spacious and luxurious design.

It has a beautiful and bright open plan living area, combining kitchen, dining, and living room creating a relaxing atmosphere. And access to a balcony for those rare sunny days in Scotland. The large windows are west facing, which gets all the afternoon sunlight.

A little about me, I'm a working professional and freelance creative in the film industry. I am quite clean and tidy, and like to read, surf, cook, spend time in the outdoors and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Ideally a future flatmate would be tidy and clean as well, especially in communal areas like the kitchen and bathroom. They would ideally be a working professional, open to mature students. No smoking/vaping and a minimum stay of 6 months.

There is free off street parking for one vehicle for anyone needing a space and bills are included in the rent (internet, electric, gas, parking)

There are two options for rent at the property. The smaller room with the loft bed £1000/month or the larger master bedroom £1300/month. I'll be in the room leftover.
